By downloading or using Tracker – Bluetooth Finder, you automatically agree to these terms, so it’s important that you read them thoroughly before use. You must not attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor should you try to translate the app into other languages or create any derivative versions. The app, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remains the property of Eqvola LTD.
Eqvola LTD is dedicated to ensuring that Tracker – Bluetooth Finder is as effective and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will not charge you for the app or its services without clearly communicating what you are paying for.
Tracker – Bluetooth Finder stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to deliver our Service. It is your responsibility to secure your phone and your access to the app. We advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this could expose your device to security risks like malware, viruses, or malicious programs, potentially compromising your phone’s security features and affecting the app’s functionality.

Google Analytics for Firebase / Firebase Crashlytics / Amplitude
Please be aware that Eqvola LTD is not responsible for certain aspects of the app’s functionality. The app requires an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. Eqvola LTD is not liable if the app does not function fully due to lack of Wi-Fi access or if you have no data allowance remaining.
If you use the app without Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider’s terms will apply, potentially resulting in data charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home region or country. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer.
Eqvola LTD cannot be held responsible for the way you use the app, such as ensuring your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot use the Service, Eqvola LTD cannot accept responsibility.
While we strive to ensure the app is up-to-date and accurate, we rely on third parties for information. Eqvola LTD is not liable for any loss, direct or indirect, incurred from relying solely on the app’s functionality.
We may update Tracker – Bluetooth Finder. The app is currently available on iOS, and system requirements (and for any additional systems we extend the app to) may change. You will need to download updates to continue using the app. Eqvola LTD does not guarantee that the app will always be updated to be relevant to you or compatible with the iOS version on your device. However, you agree to accept updates to the app when offered. We may also discontinue the app at any time without notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and you must stop using and delete the app from your device.
